Shipping Policy

Delivery services shown at checkout apply to our lunch boxes, drinkware, meal-prep storage, bags and accessories. Checkout also confirms the shipping charge and any free-shipping qualification for that order.

Two separate timing stages

After payment authorization, we normally prepare an order in about 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, the estimated carrier journey is 4–6 business days. These are planning estimates rather than promised arrival dates, and holidays, severe weather or carrier interruptions can extend them.

Customer details and tracking

Please check the street address, email and telephone number before paying. Tracking is provided after the carrier issues it. Destination restrictions and available services are determined by checkout.

Problems in transit

Contact rajuyadav798213@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and tracking reference if a parcel is delayed, missing, marked delivered but not received, or damaged in transit. Photographs of the parcel may help. Some cases require a carrier investigation.
